Since the teaser trailer for the Disney+ mini-series Star Wars: Rebuild The Galaxy (a mini-series in 4-pieces) was released earlier, folks have been scouring the footage for any shred of information to glom on to. So, now it’s our turn.

Synopsis (via IMDB):

The sneak peek for “LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy” is dropping all sorts of juicy tidbits, showcasing everything from Ewok bounty hunters to Geonosian Jedi and even Rebel AT-ATs. Buzz is also building around some new minifigures and vehicles that might just pop into stores as real-life LEGO sets later this year.

In the show, we get the hilarious and unexpected treat of Darth Jar Jar, brought to life by none other than Ahmed Best. There’s also Jedi Bob, the character everyone’s been clamoring for, voiced by the talented Bobby Moynihan. And, of course, Mark Hamill steps back into Luke Skywalker’s boots. The series is steered by creative aces Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit, known for their work on “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” “Pokémon Detective Pikachu,” and “The Addams Family 2.”

Whispers in the wind hint that Darth Jar Jar might just be one of five minifigures hitching a ride with the potential 75389 Dark Millennium Falcon set. This gang reportedly includes Dark Rey, Darth Vader in snazzy white armor, a nefarious C-3PO, and an evil Chewbacca.

On the flip side, Jedi Bob might be starring in his very own LEGO saga with set number 75388, Jedi Bob’s Starfighter, expected to launch in 2024. Rumor has it, the set will feature our yellow-skinned hero alongside another enigmatic character.

Plus, there’s chatter about set 75393, a X-wing and TIE Fighter combo that could let builders swap wings between the two, potentially crafting the short-lived Imperial X-fighters from “Rebuild the Galaxy.”

All these rumored sets might hit shelves later this year, ideally timed with the Disney+ release of “LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy” on September 13. But remember, until LEGO gives the official nod, all this is just galaxy-sized guesswork!
