LEGO Ideas has announced a new contest along the lines of last year’s Iconically Jurassic Park this time asking inspired builders to build things that are iconic of the Netflix series “Stranger Things.”
As we covered extensively, LEGO has launched 75810 Stranger Things: The Upside Down (VIP Exclusive until June 1) this past week and they want builders to take it further. Obviously the Byers house is a central fixture in the series, but what else? A brick-built demogorgon? A portrait of Eleven? Microscale version of the town? The limits of the imagination are wide open for this contest, and the prizes are pretty sweet. Just be sure to read the rules linked below.
Warning… You might find yourself in the Upside Down with this contest where we invite you to build from the iconic universe of the Stranger Things series. What do you find most iconic from the universe and how will you build it? As a countdown for Season 3 starting July 4th we’re looking for a celebration of all Things Strange.
The Grand Prize winner will get the newly released 75810 Stranger Things set, a $300 shopping spree on shop.LEGO.com and some sweet Stranger Things merchandise.
Submissions are open from today until the 19th of June, 2019 at 6:00 a.m. EST. Our judges consisting of members of the LEGO Stranger Things team, will then review all the entries in accordance to the judging criteria.
