This morning at the big Star Wars Celebration event in Orlando Disney introduced us to the first trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the follow-up to The Force Awakens.

The trailer features Rey and Luke of course, and we see some other familiar faces & shapes throughout the 2:12 run. It’s hard to say what all of it means since we only have glimpses out of sequence. I’m excited for it.

But now the speculations start on many fronts, most important to us of course is WWLD?

  • What will LEGO do?
  • What sets will we get?
  • What minifigures will be created or updated?
  • Which scenes will be made?
  • What ships will be included?
  • Is a new UCS set coming after the movie release?

Unfortunately the wisdom of the internet can’t help us yet. There just isn’t enough information available but you can be sure that in the coming months there will be plenty of leaks and comments about both the movie and upcoming LEGO sets.
