Brickworld calls itself “The Premier LEGO® fan experience in North America” and based on the work they’ve done and the pictures from past exhibits, they could well be. They’ve now set the dates and opened ticket sales for Brickworld Chicago 2016.
Brickworld Chicago will be held at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL. The exhibition is open to the public on June 18 & 19 with single day General Admission tickets $12 and a discount for Military and First Responders leaving tickets at just $9 each at the door (with ID). Kids 3 & Under are free.

The convention portion of the 5 day event begins on Wednesday evening with the next 2 full days dedicated to registered attendees with a more youthful focus on Friday. There are workshops, presentations and discussions designed to give attendees the opportunity to learn from each other, discover new aspects of LEGO as a hobby and explore the displays.
The convention passes start from $55 and range to $100. More information is on the Registration FAQ page.
Be sure to check out the Brickworld.com website for more information on their shows. They currently have events scheduled for Chicago, Indy (Indiana State Fairgrounds) Tampa and Fort Wayne.
