After some intense review of submissions and voting by fans, the LEGO Ideas team today announced a future GWP (Gift With Purchase) set called “Reading, Reading and Reading” by FR_AN. The team also announced 5 runners-up for the contest.
FR_AN’s set looks great and captures a cozy reading nook well, with a set of library shelves that would make any avid reader jealous and happy! I can imagine a cozy fall day curled up in the chair re-reading Harry Potter books or some science fiction.
The submission was voted to the top by fans on the LEGO Ideas site, from a group of 15 submissions to the contest. The set will be refined by the teams within LEGO to make it suitable for a GWP in the future. More details on that when it’s announced.
