Constantly a source of excellent information, Just2Good has released a series of official images from the LEGO Creator Summer 2016 lineup. We saw some of these sets at the various toy fairs back in the early part of the year, but these images are official and much more clear.

31049 – Twin Spin Helicopter

Carrying on with the Creator 3-in-1 concept, the Twin Spin Helicopter can also convert to a bush/pontoon plane or snowmobile with sled.

31051 – Lighthouse Point

I really like the Lighthouse Point set for the details included in this 528 piece set. The brick-built Orca and Seagulls are great, and the alternate builds of a ferry or houseboat really keep with the theme. It feels like a set you might buy 3 of for the options.

31052 – Vacation Getaways

A few comments about Vacation Getaways have suggested it be used to recreate Breaking Bad, but I’m thinking The Walking Dead. Either way, this set has a lot of details again and the alternate suggested builds of a vacation ‘cottage’ or catamaran seem like good ideas! I can’t wait for summer.

31053 – Treehouse Adventures

Treehouse Adventures is sure to make some people happy. The treehouse really looks like something kids might build, with somewhat less precision than adults. There seem to be some great play features here too. The alternate builds are “more of the same” which may be good or bad to you. They’re alternate treehouse configurations. Buy a couple of sets and start building a tree-top wonderland for your LEGO Kids. I notice that the female minifig has the short (kids) legs that usually don’t move, but the boy seems to have the same legs, yet in a walking stance. Interesting.
