Over the holidays the Vancouver LEGO Club (VLC) put on a display at Vancouver’s Van Dusen Gardens. Over 110,000 people came out to see the light display at the gardens this year, and many checked out the LEGO display as well, resulting in over $50,000 worth of donations to the Make A Wish BC & Yukon Canada Foundation.

The group has put up a Flickr gallery of their work, with videos since their models were in motion, for everyone to see – even if you couldn’t make it out to the event. And of course the efforts of Make-A-Wish always require our support so be sure to consider them when considering charitable donations.
