LEGO and Dreamworks announced they would be partnering on a line of LEGO sets to support the 2020 Dreamworks Film “Trolls World Tour” coming out on March 20, 2020. The film follows on the previous Trolls movie and stars Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake as Poppy and Branch who strike out on a variety of musical themed adventures.
We got our first look at the character designs and how they’d be implemented in LEGO form through this teaser video on Facebook.

Some of the pieces in these sets are not traditional LEGO pieces. No, we’re not just saying new elements, but actual pieces of felt. Take a look at the wings and flowers in some of the set pictures below and you’ll see what I mean. Unfortunately all of the heads feature plastic molds, and not the fun style-able hair from the original dolls.
