The LEGO Group shared this promo video for LEGO Ideas encouraging more designers to enter and it features Jonathan Brunn and his recent Dinosaur ideas set. This set was announced as the last 2018 winner and will be released as an official set later this year.

Yeah, go ahead, submit the most fantastic idea and we’ll just go and refuse it. Just like they did with countless unbelievable ideas in the past few years.
Thanks for the comment. You’re right, there have been countless amazing models submitted but at the end of the day, not everything can be produced. I’ve disagreed with the selected models a lot, but some of the ones that are made have been amazing. It is too bad LEGO doesn’t provide more details about why a particular selection was made though.
