For the last few weeks we’ve been told time and again that LEGO won’t be displaying a lot of sets at some of the Toy Fair events that happen every year. Thoughts on why range from average leaks, which we love, to essentially stolen sets by offshore competitors.

Today, with the Toy Fair in Nuremberg under way, we’ve got confirmation of a couple of things. LEGO reduced their display content, they’re strictly not allowing photos and they did announce some new sets for us! Specifically 3 new sets for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

The sets will be released in April of this year along with other sets and some retailer exclusive ones as well.

I don’t think there’s any real spoilers, unless you haven’t seen the trailer.

75928 – Blue’s Helicopter Pursuit

In this set, designed for ages 7 and up, we get Owen chasing down his favorite velociraptor, Blue, from the previous movie hoping to rescue her.

Builders can unite Owen with his lead Velociraptor in this set designed for fans, ages seven and up. The set includes a quadbike, helicopter, featuring rotating blades and dual searchlights. The set also includes three minifigures: Owen, Wheatley and a pilot, plus Blue, the Velociraptor.

10758 – T-Rex Breakout

This is a LEGO Juniors set, and about the cheapest retail set to contain a T-Rex figure.

Children as young as four can play along and build a posable T. rex, opening gate and a truck with Quick Start chassis. This LEGO Juniors set includes easier building instructions and quick start elements as well as three minifigures and a baby dinosaur figure.

10880 – T-Rex Tower

And finally the DUPLO category set featuring Chris Pratt’s Owen riding a T-Rex. I hope that’s NOT in the movie. Seriously. But it’s adorable in DUPLO form.

This new LEGO DUPLO set is suitable for builders, ages two and older. This easy-to-build dinosaur features large building bricks and is great for creating endless role-play stories! Toddlers and their parents can build this set together, which features a T. rex with opening jaw, revolving lookout tower, car and an Owen LEGO DUPLO figure.
