Today the LEGO Group has revealed official photos and details of the upcoming Women of NASA set which will be available on November 1. The set is fairly small at just 231 pieces, but it’s a great looking series of vignettes.

Regrettably, the figure of Katherine Johnson had to be excluded from the set. Johnson was one of the women featured in the movie Hidden Figures earlier this year. The explanation from LEGO (via Gizmodo) was “In order for us to move forward with a partner we need to obtain approval from all key people, which was not possible in this case. We naturally fully respect this decision.”
