BrickCon 2016 – Madness in photos

This past weekend was BrickCon, Seattle’s annual LEGO convention and while I’d heard it was huge and popular, I wasn’t at all prepared for what I saw. I really wish I’d been able to do the full builder experience – 4 days in total – but it wasn’t in the cards for this year.

The quality of MOCs presented by all of the builders was just amazing and the diversity and creativity on display puts my ambitions to shame. Next year, I’m going for the full experience for sure.

If you’ve never been to a LEGO Convention, I highly recommend it. Check out your local LUG (LEGO User Group) if you’re lucky enough to have one or search Google. From there you’ll be able to find the nearest convention.

Below are my unedited photos from the show. Apologies for the “rawness” of some of them, and that I didn’t clearly capture the placecard for them all, but full credit goes to the builders!
